Once claimed or purchased, you are free to use the character design for anything you like.

I, SocialAlien, must always be credited as the design's creator when posting to sites like Toyhou.se. I also must be credited as the artist if you post my initial artwork anywhere.

All character sales are final.

Holds are available for character sales that are over $25, for up to 7 days.

All other artwork related terms in the Commissions section apply to this section as well when using/uploading my inital artwork anywhere.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.

All commissions are for digital artwork only. No physical items will be shipped.

Payment is required in full after I finish the sketch and it is approved by the client, unless I explicitly agree to a payment plan.

All prices are listed in my chosen currency and are non-negotiable.

Once payment is received and work has passed the sketching phase, refunds will not be issued. Please make sure you are confident in commissioning me and have the funds available.

If I have to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason, including but not limited to discomfort with the subject matter, inappropriate behavior from the client, or deadline conflicts.

Clients are expected to communicate in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Harassment, hostility, inappropriate language, or abusive behavior toward me will not be tolerated.

The client may not claim the artwork as their own work, remove my watermark / signature, or edit the artwork. Minor edits such as cropping or resizing for display are permitted if the artwork remains unchanged otherwise.

The client is responsible for providing clear and accurate references for their character/s. I am not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from vague, missing, or contradictory references.

The client may ask for up to (3) revisions during the sketching phase and (1) revision after the lineart phase, no more revisions will be accepted afterward.

The client must always credit me, SocialAlien, as the artist when posting my artwork anywhere. If using my artwork as a profile picture, credit is not directly needed, but appreciated.

I reserve the right to display completed artwork publicly, including but not limited to social media, portfolios, and promotional materials. If the client wishes to keep the artwork private, this must be discussed prior to payment.

My artwork is intended for personal use. Commercial use of my artwork is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

My artwork may not be used for, minted as, associated with, or incorporated into any form of blockchain-based technology, including but not limited to NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or tokenized assets.

My artwork may not be used for training, developing, testing, prompting, or contributing to any generative artificial intelligence, machine learning models, datasets, or automated content generation systems of any kind.
