All character sales are final.

Once claimed or purchased, you may use the character design for anything you want.

Holds are available for character sales over $50 for up to 7 days.

By commissioning me, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

All commissions are digital only; no physical items will be shipped.

Full payment is required after sketch approval unless a payment plan is agreed upon.

Prices are listed in my currency and are non-negotiable.

No refunds will be given after payment is received and the sketch phase is complete.

If I cancel a commission, you will receive a full refund.

I may refuse any commission for any reason, including subject matter, client behavior, or scheduling conflicts.

Clients must communicate respectfully. Harassment, hostility, inappropriate language, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove my watermark/signature, or edit the artwork. Minor cropping or resizing for display is allowed if the artwork itself is unchanged.

The client is responsible for providing clear and accurate references. I am not responsible for inaccuracies caused by vague, missing, or conflicting references.

The client may request up to 3 revisions during the sketch phase and 1 revision after lineart. No further revisions will be accepted.

The client must credit me, SocialAlien, when posting my artwork. Credit is appreciated but not required for profile picture use.

I may publicly display completed artwork, including on social media, portfolios, and promotional materials. Requests for privacy must be discussed before payment.

My artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed unless agreed to in writing.

My artwork may not be used in or associated with NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, blockchain technology, or tokenized assets.

My artwork may not be used to train, develop, test, prompt, or support AI, machine learning models, datasets, or automated content generation systems.
